穴位按摩与艾灸在人工全膝关节置换术后DVT预防中的应用

The Application of Acupoint Massage and Moxibustion in the Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的 探讨穴位按摩与艾灸在人工全膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)预防中的应用。方法 从临汾市尧都区人民医院收治并择期行人工全膝关节置换术的患者中选取符合入组标准202例,以随机数字表法分成2组,其中对照组101例施以常规西医治疗,观察组101例给予常规西医治疗和穴位按摩及艾灸疗法,比较2组治疗效果。结果 观察组DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗6 d、10 d后股总静脉以及股浅静脉血流速高于对照组(P<0.05),下肢周径差小于对照组(P<0.05),凝血功能指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 穴位按摩与艾灸可预防DVT的发生。

Objective To investigate the application of acupoint massage and moxibustion in the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 202 patients who received artificial total knee replacement in Yaodu District People’s Hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method.101 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,101 patients in the observation group received conventional western medicine treatment,acupoint massage and moxibustion therapy,and the therapeutic effect of the 2 groups was compared.Results The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the total femoral vein and superficial venous blood flow velocity were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the circumference diameter difference of the lower limb was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of coagulation function index was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage and moxibustion can prevent the occurrence of DVT.
