通元穴位埋线法配合艾灸治疗脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tongyuan Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Simple Obesity of Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Type

目的 观察“通元”穴位埋线法配合艾灸治疗脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法 随机将80例脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖患者分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组采用“通元”穴位埋线法治疗,治疗组在埋线治疗基础上给予艾灸治疗;观察并比较2组患者体质量、腰围、身体质量指数、中医证候积分、疗效的差异。结果 经过12周的治疗后,2组的体质量、腰围、身体质量指数、中医证候积分均较治疗前明显减轻(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率高于对照组,2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “通元”穴位埋线法配合艾灸治疗脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖,可有效减轻体质量,改善中医证候。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongyuan acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with moxibustion in the treatment of simple obesity of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type.Methods 80 cases of simple obesity of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with Tongyuan acupoint catgut embedding therapy,and the treatment group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of catgut embedding therapy.The results of body weight,waist circumference,body mass index,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the weight,waist circumference,body mass index and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongyuan acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with moxibustion in the treatment of simple obesity of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type can effectively reduce body weight and better improve TCM syndrome.
