项七针配合升降穴刺法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiangqi Acupuncture Combined with Shengjiang Acupoint Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral Artery Type

目的观察项七针配合升降穴刺法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选择荣成市中医院椎动脉型颈椎病患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,治疗组运用项七针配合升降穴刺法治疗,对照组运用常规穴位治疗并观察治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分以及经颅多普勒超声的改变。结果治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表的差值经2个独立样本t检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后经TCD检测基底动脉、左椎动脉、右椎动脉的平均血流速度经t检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论项七针配合升降穴刺法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiangqi acupuncture combined with Shengjiang acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type.Methods 60 patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiangqi acupuncture combined with Shengjiang acupoint acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional acupoint treatment.The changes of ESCV score and TCD before and after treatment were observed.Results The difference between post-treatment and pre-treatment cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale was statistically significant by the t-test of two independent samples(P<0.05).The average blood flow velocity of basilar artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery detected by transcranial Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment was detected by t-test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangqi acupuncture combined with Shengjiang acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type is effective and worthy of clinical application.
