护理实习生评判性思维与人文关怀能力的现状及相关性分析

Current Situation and Correlation Analysis of Critical Thinking and Humanistic Care Ability of Nursing Interns

目的 了解护理实习生评判性思维、人文关怀能力的现状。方法 采用简单随机抽样法,在江西中医药大学附属医院抽取120名护理专业实习生开展问卷调查。结果 90%的护理实习生为女生,56.67%为3年制学生,就业意向为临床护理者占比64.17%,54.17%的学生因护理容易就业而选择该专业。120名护理实习生评判性思维倾向中各维度负性特质表现者占比最低,正性特质表现者占比最高。120名护理实习生人文关怀能力总评分中得分最低的为耐心维度,得分最高为认知维度。经Pearson相关性分析,评判性思维各维度与人文关怀能力各维度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 护理实习生的评判性思维能力一般,且护理人文关怀能力相对较弱,两者具有相关性。

Objective To understand the current situation of critical thinking and humanistic care ability of nursing interns.Methods Using simple random sampling method,120 nursing interns were selected from Affiliated Jiangxi Hospital of Chinese Medicine to carry out a questionnaire survey.Results 90%of nursing interns are female students,56.67%are 3-year students,and 64.17%of them are clinical nurses with employment intention.54.17%of students choose this major because nursing is easy to be employed.Among 120 nursing interns,the proportion of negative trait expression was the lowest and the proportion of positive trait expression was the highest.Among 120 nursing interns,the lowest score of humanistic care ability was patient dimension,while the highest score was cognitive dimension.Pearson correlation analysis showed that each dimension of critical thinking was positively correlated with each dimension of humanistic caring ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The critical thinking ability of nursing interns is general,the ability of nursing humanistic care is relatively weak,and the two are related.
