肠道菌群与脾为之卫防治原发性支气管肺癌研究进展

Research Progress in the Prevention and Treatment of Primary Bronchogenic Carcinoma Based on the Theory of Intestinal Microbiota and Spleen Protection

原发性支气管肺癌(以下简称肺癌)的病死率居恶性肿瘤首位,研究表明肠道菌群与肺癌的发生发展有关,并会对治疗效果产生影响;“脾为之卫”是基于中医学中脾的生理功能中对其防病御邪作用的高度概括。脾与肺为母子之脏,健脾中药具有通过调节肠道菌群而达到防治肺癌的作用,中医学中的脾脏与系统生物学中的肠道菌群在影响机体消化、吸收及免疫等方面的作用异曲同工,故此文结合肠道菌群与“脾为之卫”防治肺癌的科学内涵,并在此基础上提出节饮食、重预警、从脾论治、测预后、顾护胃气等临床启发,以期运用微生物组学阐释中医学理论,为发挥中医学防治肺癌的优势提供新思路。

The mortality rate of primary bronchogenic carcinoma(referred as lung cancer)are first place in malignant tumors.Research shows intestinal flora is related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer and affects the therapeutic effect.Based on the physiological function of the spleen in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the theory of“spleen as the guard”highly generalizes the function of the spleen for preventing diseases and controlling pathogenic factors.The spleen and lung are the organs of the mother and child,and TCM for invigorating the spleen can prevent and treat lung cancer by regulating intestinal flora.In other words,the spleen in TCM and intestinal flora based on system biology have similar effects on digestion,absorption and immunity.Therefore,based on the intestinal flora,this paper explains the scientific connotation of prevention and treatment of lung cancer from the theory of“spleen as the guard”.On this basis,the author puts forward some clinical inspirations,such as saving diet,paying attention to early warning,measuring prognosis,treating from spleen,and caring for stomach Qi.The explanation of TCM theory with microbiology could provide new ideas for giving full play to the advantages of TCM in the prevention and treatment of lung cancer.
