科研鉴证中的角色职能及其关系探析——以陕西省科学技术情报研究院科研鉴证业务实践为例

Probe into the Role Functions of Scientific Research Verification and Their Relationship:Taking the Practice of Scientific Research Verification of Institute of Scientific and Technical Intelligence of Shaanxi as an Example

以科技查新拓展而来的科研鉴证为基础,依托科技情报一体化平台,探讨了科研鉴证的角色职能及其关系的形成过程以及科研鉴证团队内部的角色职能建设,论述了科研鉴证团队内部的角色职能关系、科研鉴证团队与科研鉴证委托方的角色职能关系以及不同科研鉴证工作模式中的角色职能关系,旨在发展完善科研鉴证各个层面的角色职能和角色职能关系,提升为科研人员和政府决策的服务能力,促进科研鉴证向精准服务发展。

Based on scientific research verification developed from sci-tech novelty retrieval,and relying on the inte⁃grated platform of sci-tech information,this paper probes into the forming process of the role functions of scientific research verification and the construction of the role functions within the scientific research verification team,discusses the role function relationship of the scientific research verification team,the role function relationship between the scientific research verification team and the scientific research verification clients,and the role function relationship among different scientific research verification working modes,aiming to develop and perfect the role functions and role function rela⁃tionship of scientific research verification at all levels,and to enhance the capacity of service for researchers and govern⁃ment’s decision making,and to promote the development of scientific research verification to precise service.
