摘要
为及时监测电波产品业务平台运行状态,解决复杂电波业务系统下的故障无法及时判断的问题,构建了一种基于多Agent技术和故障诊断专家系统的智能监控系统。通过分析业务平台架构和业务逻辑,对核心业务环节构建多层次混合式多Agent模型,设计了基于结果共享的黑板模式多Agent协同和通信方法,从而准确获取业务故障节点运行状态信息。采用基于数据融合的专家系统进行故障诊断,在构建故障决策树的基础上,对运行状态信息进行特征向量提取,通过匹配专家诊断知识表,完成故障诊断。系统应用后,能够有效地识别电波业务平台中的故障,具有良好的业务监控效果。
In order to timely monitor the operation status of radio wave product business platform and solve the problem that the fault under complex radio wave business system cannot be judged in time,an intelligent monitoring system based on multi-agent technology and fault diagnosis expert system is constructed.By analyzing the business platform architecture and business logic,constructs a multi-level hybrid and multi-agent model for the core business links,and designs a multi-agent cooperation and communication method based on the blackboard mode of result sharing,so as to accurately obtain the operation status information of business fault nodes.Adopt expert system based on data fusion for fault diagnosis,based on the fault decision tree,the feature vector of operation state information is extracted,and the fault diagnosis is completed by matching the expert diagnostic knowledge rules.After the application of the system,it can effectively identify the faults in the radio wave service platform and has a good ser-vice monitoring effect.
