多工序共模的汽车模具开发与应用研究

摘要 针对当前汽车模具利润大幅缩减的行业现状,需要研究降低模具的材料成本途径。为了提高材料利用率,实现多工序共模的模具结构可行性和质量稳定性,分别研究了落料同工序和拉伸与落料不同工序共模的模具结构,其中重点针对拉伸与落料不同工序中落料工作内容的难点,采用板料断续固定系统,保证了拉伸模冲压过程中,落料定位准确,质量稳定可靠的要求,具有显著的应用价值。 In view of the current situation of automobile die profit greatly reduced industry,need to study the way to reduce the material cost of die,in order to improve the utilization rate of materials,to achieve the feasibility of multi-process common die structure and quality stability,respectively studied the blanking process and drawing and blanking different process common die structure.Aiming at the difficulties of blanking work in different processes of drawing and blanking,the sheet material discontinuous fixing system is adopted to ensure the accurate blanking positioning,stable and reliable quality requirements in the stamping process of drawing die,which has significant application value.
