摘要 在机械模具制造过程中,应用数控加工技术能够提高生产效率,提高产品质量,促进行业的发展。我国是世界上最大的模具生产和出口国,但由于技术不成熟、管理不完善等原因,导致我国模具制造水平较低。而应用数控加工技术能够解决这些问题,推动我国机械模具制造行业的发展。因此,在机械模具制造中应用数控加工技术,要从加工前准备工作入手,加强对数控加工设备的维护,保证数控加工设备的稳定性和精度。另外,还要加强对操作人员的培训和管理,提高操作人员的专业技能和职业素养。 The application of CNC machining technology in the process of mechanical and die&mold manufacturing can improve production efficiency,enhance product quality,and promote the development of the industry.China is the largest mold production and export country in the world,but due to immature technology and poor management,the level of die&mold manufacturing in China is relatively low.However,the application of CNC machining technology can solve these problems and promote the development of China's mechanical and die&mold manufacturing industry.Therefore,in the manufacturing of mechanical and die&mold,the application of CNC machining technology should start from the preparation work before processing,strengthen the maintenance of CNC machining equipment,ensure the stability and accuracy of CNC machining equipment.In addition,it is necessary to strengthen the training and management of operators,improve their professional skills and professional ethics.
