摘要
随着装配式建筑发展日益成熟,将逐渐取代传统建造方式。机电工程是装配式建筑的重要组成部分。介绍了利用BIM技术进行装配式式机电的深化设计、预制加工、装配安装等工序流程,通过BIM技术与预制加工的技术互补能有效解决机电工程采用预制加工的精度要求和敏捷管理,减少现场施工工程量、缩短工期、减少污染,提高装配式建筑质量和生产效率,降低机电工程安装成本,实现装配式建筑机电安装全过程绿色施工。
With the development of prefabricated buildings,which will gradually replace the traditional construction methods.Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is an important part of prefabricated building.This paper introduces the use of BIM technology for the in-depth design,prefabrication,assembly and installation of the assembled electromechanical system.The complementary technology of BIM technology and prefabrication can effectively solve the precision requirements and agile management of prefabrication in electromechanical engineering,reduce the amount of on-site construction,shorten the construction period,reduce pollution,improve the quality and production efficiency of prefabricated building,reduce the installation cost of mechanical and electrical engineering,realize the whole process of green construction of mechanical and electrical installation of prefabricated building.
