摘要 分析了机械加工工艺与零件制造精度的内涵、具体要求,提出了机械加工基本原则,论述了机械加工工艺对零件加工精度的影响,并对机械加工工艺对零件制造精度影响的控制措施进行总结,主要包括加强直接误差控制、做好加工流程控制、做好偏差补偿与转移、发挥信息技术作用、合理控制加工温度,以此来不断优化和完善机械加工工艺,为零件制造精度水平的提升创造有利条件,从而防止相关误差的产生。 This article first analyses the connotation and specific requirements of machining process and part manufacturing accuracy,then briefly proposes the basic principles of machining,and discusses the impact of machining process on part manufacturing accuracy.Finally,the control measures for the influence of machining process on part manufacturing accuracy are summarized,including strengthening direct error control,optimizing machining process control,implementing deviation compensation and transfer,leveraging information technology,and controlling machining temperature,thus continuously optimizing and improving machining processes and creating favorable conditions for improving part manufacturing accuracy and preventing related errors.
