烧结设备关键技术研究及工程实践分析

摘要 随着设备的日益大型化,导致高炉容积也实现了相应的拓展。在使用大型高炉的过程中,其对铁炉料的强度、粒度、化学成分,特别是冶炼特性也有更高要求。为此,在进行优质烧结矿生产的过程中,烧结设备的作用显得十分关键。本文在观点论述的过程中,针对烧结设备关键技术及其工程实践展开了观点的探讨,希望为提升烧结设备关键技术的应用价值和效益提供经验分享和借鉴。 With the increasing scale of equipment,the volume of blast furnaces has also achieved corresponding expansion.In the process of using large blast furnaces,they also have higher requirements for the strength,particle size,chemical composition,and especially smelt-ing characteristics of the iron furnace material.Therefore,the role of sintering equipment is cru-cial in the production of high-quality sintered ore.In the process of viewpoint discussion,this article explores the key technologies of sintering equipment and their engineering practices,hop-ing to provide experience sharing and reference for improving the application value and benefits of key technologies of sintering equipment.
