气体钻井排屑管缓冲弯头设计与分析

摘要 排屑管线,特别是管线弯头刺漏是气体钻井使用过程中的普遍现象。排屑管线刺漏不仅会造成作业中断、降低钻井时效,而且管线更换耗费人力物力,当钻遇天然气或硫化氢时甚至易引发火灾或人员中毒事故。为了提高排屑管线弯头的使用寿命,本文提出了一种气体钻井排屑管缓冲弯头并进行了冲蚀分析,为气体钻井排屑弯头提供了一种可行的实施方案。 It is a common phenomenon in the use of gas drilling to puncture and leak the cut-tings removal pipeline,especially the pipeline elbow.The leakage of the cuttings removal pipe-line will not only cause the operation interruption and reduce the drilling efficiency,but also consume manpower and material resources to replace the pipeline.When drilling natural gas or hydrogen sulfide,it may even cause fire or personnel poisoning accidents.In order to improve the service life of the elbow of the cuttings removal pipeline,this paper proposes a buffer elbow of the gas drilling cuttings removal pipe and carries out erosion analysis,which provides a feasible implementation scheme for the gas drilling cuttings removal elbow.
