摘要
常规的机械模具加工制造精度控制技术中,主要控制加工工艺,以求达到模具参数与理想参数一致的目的,在此过程中,忽略了模具脱模的表面黏着力问题,导致机械模具加工制造控制误差较大。因此,本文研究了机械模具加工制造的精度控制技术措施这一课题,首先分析精度控制技术的优点,其次探讨机械模具加工制造的精度控制技术措施,以供参考。
In conventional precision control techniques for machining and manufacturing of mechanical molds,the main purpose is to control the processing process in order to achieve the consistency of mold parameters with ideal parameters.In this process,the surface adhesion problem of mold demolding is ignored,resulting in significant errors in the control of machining and manufacturing of mechanical molds.Therefore,the subject of precision control technology for machining and manufacturing of mechanical dies is studied.This paper first analyzes the ad-vantages of precision control technology,and then discusses the technical measures of precision control in mechanical mold manufacturing for reference.
