冲压模具在生产过程中的安装调试与失效分析

摘要 为了解决冲压模具生产中的安装调试和失效问题,文章针对冲压模具的受力特点以及模具设计要点进行简单分析,并研究了冲压模具在生产安装调试中的在模架上安装模具、模具装入冲床的具体流程。同时,在简单分析冲压模具常见的磨损失效、断裂失效、变形失效三种常见的失效形式的前提下,分别提出了模具材料的正确选择、模具合理设计以及模具冲压使用寿命提高的具体对策。 In order to solve the problems of installation,debugging and invalidation in the production of stamping molds,the stress characteristics of stamping molds and the key points of mold design were simply analyzed,and the specific process of installing molds on the mold base and loading molds into the press during the production,installation,and debugging of stamping molds was studied.At the same time,based on a simple analysis of the three common failure modes of stamping dies,namely wear failure,fracture failure,and deformation failure,specific countermeasures for the correct selection of die materials,rational design of dies,and improvement of die stamping service life are proposed.
