摘要
讨论了臭氧技术用于纺织品前处理中退浆、练漂和丝光的工艺参数和工艺条件,分析了臭氧技术在纺织印染前处理中的应用机理,并与常规练漂工艺的性能指标进行对比。结果表明,臭氧前处理退浆率高,丝光钡值比传统丝光高10%~30%;可以大大降低丝光工艺中烧碱的用量,减少30%~50%的烧碱消耗量,降低蒸汽、能源消耗70%~80%,降低水耗50%~60%,综合生产成本和碳排放均降低30%~40%;由于织物在处理过程中呈松弛状态,织物的经纬向均会发生收缩,特别适用于高弹性织物。
The process parameters and conditions of ozone technology used in desizing,scouring and bleaching,and mercerizing in textiles pretreatment are discussed.The application mechanism of ozone technology in textile printing and dyeing pretreatment is analyzed,and the performance index is compared with that of the conventional scouring and bleaching process.The results show that ozone pretreatment has a high desizing rate,and the barium value of mercerizing is 10%~30%higher than that of traditional mercerizing.It can greatly reduce the dosage of caustic soda in the mercerizing process,reduce the consumption of caustic soda by 30%~50%,reduce steam and energy consumption by 70%~80%,re⁃duce water consumption by 50%~60%,and reduce comprehensive production costs and carbon emissions by 30%~40%.Since the fabric is in a relaxed state during processing,the warp and weft direction of the fabric will shrink,making it par⁃ticularly suitable for high elastic fabrics.
