摘要
共建课程教学案例是校企合作的重要内容之一,针对传统合作方式存在的案例总体数量少、内容良莠不齐以及缺乏持续改进机制等问题,结合“新工科”建设背景,提出在校企合作中为企业培养急需人才、集中高校人才优势参与企业技术攻关、基于企业项目转化成实践教学案例的改革方式,形成有企业导师参与的实践教学授课、考核方式。改革实践结果表明,该模式提升了学生的学习兴趣、学习深度、实践能力以及企业实习适应度。
The co-construction of curriculum teaching cases is one of the important contents of school-enterprise cooperation.Aiming at the problems of low total number of cases,uneven content and lack of continuous improvement mechanism in the traditional cooperation mode,combined with the background of"Emerging Engineering Education",propose to emphasize the cultivation of talents urgently needed for enter⁃prises and concentrate the advantages of university talents to participate in enterprise technology research,explore the organization way of transforming enterprise projects into practical teaching cases,and form a new practical teaching lecture and assessment method with the partic⁃ipation of enterprise mentor.The practical results show that this mode has improved students′learning interest,in-depth learning,practical ability and adaptability to enterprise practice.
