UISO理论视域下农学专业课程设计的省思及提质方略——基于10所农业院校人才培养方案的研究

摘要 大学课程设计关乎育人质量高低,如何提升农学专业课程设计的质量值得探究。基于10所农业院校农学专业人才培养方案,在创生的UISO课程设计优化理论视域下,利用文本分析法分别对其人才培养目标、课程结构和课程内容的现实境遇进行审视与省思,发现人才培养目标趋同、课程衔接不够、学科中心价值取向和课程难易梯度失当,导致课程设计缺乏独特性、融合性、服务性和有序性。基于此,在UISO理论倡导的四个课程设计特性指引下精准施策,以提升农学专业课程设计质量。 University curriculum design is related to the quality of education,therefore,the quality of agricultural curriculum design is worth exploring.Based on the cultivation programs of agricultural majors in 10 agricultural colleges and universities,in the view of the UISO curriculum design optimization theory,text analysis is used to examine and reflect on the realistic situation of their talent training objectives,curriculum structure and curriculum content.The study found that the convergence of talent training objectives,insufficient curriculum cohesion,inappropriate gradient of subject centered value orientation and curriculum difficulty lead to the lack of uniqueness,integration,service and order of curriculum design.Based on this,under the guidance of the four curriculum design features advocated by UISO theory,precise policies are taken to improve the quality of agricultural curriculum design.
