核电厂PCS热交换器的选型设计及工程应用

摘要 三代百万千瓦级压水堆核电厂非能动安全壳热量导出系统(PCS)非能动热交换器作为全新设计,研究其设备功能、换热功率和空间布置等要求,针对不同型式换热器优缺点对比,开展PCS热交换器选型分析。开展传热计算和数值模拟分析,确定热交换器关键参数要求及关键部件设计方案。针对实际工程应用需求,开展PCS热交换器整体结构设计研究,确定设计方案。 The passive heat exchanger of the passive containment heat transfer system(PCS)is a new design of the third generation 1000 MWe PWR nuclear power plant.This paper studies its equipment function,heat exchange power and space layout requirements.Aimed at different types of heat exchangers,compared the advantages and disadvantages,and the PCS heat exchanger selection analysis is carried out.The heat transfer calculation and numerical simulation analysis are carried out to determine the key parameter requirements of the heat exchanger and the design plan of key components.According to actual engineering application requirements,the overall structure design study of the PCS heat exchanger is carried out and the design plan is determined.
