可远距离安装的新型临时屏蔽装置设计与评价

摘要 为了有效减少人员在辐射热点处安装屏蔽装置时所受的剂量,研发了一种基于重载气力输运的可远距离安装的新型临时屏蔽装置。本文以高密度屏蔽颗粒的远距离气力输运技术为核心,集成了空心屏蔽壳体、屏蔽钨粒和屏蔽颗粒收纳与控制单元等部件,在国际上首次研制了一种可以远距离气力安装的新型临时屏蔽装置。该屏蔽装置一方面可以通过空心屏蔽壳体的定制化设计,有效减少屏蔽装置的无效屏蔽质量;另一方面通过远距离气力输运的方式,避免了人员在辐射热点处进行大质量屏蔽体的安装作业;从而有效降低人员在辐射热点处构建屏蔽工程的作业时间,达到减少辐射防护人员构建屏蔽体时所受的安装剂量、提高现场辐射防护最优化水平的目的。 In order to effectively reduce the installation dose,a new temporary shielding device that can be installed at a long distance has been developed.The subject revolved around the long-distance pneumatic transportation technology of high-density shielding particles,integrating hollow shielding shells,shielding tungsten particles and shielding particle storage and control units,and developed a new temporary shielding device that can be installed at a distance.On one hand,the shielding device can effectively reduce the invalid shielding quality of the shielding device through the customized design of the hollow shielding shell;on the other hand,it can prevent people from carrying out the installation work of high quality shielding devices at the radiation hotspot by long-distance pneumatic transportation technology of high-density shielding particles.In this way,it can effectively reduce the working time for personnel to construct shielding devices at the radiation hot spots,reduce the collective radiation dose during the installation,and improve the radiation protection of nuclear power plants.
