高校网络舆情载体演变及预警系统

Carrier Evolution and Early Warning System of Network Public Opinion in University

为贯彻落实党的二十大精神,研究高校网络舆情的新兴载体要素演变特征是新征程下确保党对意识形态工作领导权的现实需求。通过案例回溯高校网络舆情载体演变的特征,归纳载体演化的内在规律,揭示演化的因果联系,有针对性地提出了高校网络舆情预警系统。研究结果表明,高校网络舆情载体具有情绪信息密度高、客观信息密度低的结构特点,具有催化群体极化、加剧圈层化传播的功能特点,并从预警模型、多方协作、治理体系3个方面建构和完善了舆情预警系统。

In order to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,studying the evolution characteristics of emerging carrier’s elements of network public opinion in universities is the realistic need to ensure the Party’s leader-ship over ideological work in the new journey.This paper backtracks the evolution characteristics of network public opinion carriers in universities through case studies,summarizes the internal laws of carrier evolution,reveals the causal relationships of evolution,and puts forward a network public opinion warning system for universities.The research results show that the network public opinion carriers of universities have the structural characteristics of high emotional information density and low objective information density,and have the functional characteristics of catalyzing group polarization and intensifying circle communication.The public opinion early warning system is constructed and improved from three aspects of early warning model,multi-party cooperation and governance system.
