蛋类摄入等影响因素与甲状腺结节相关性研究

Study on The Correlation Between The Influencing Factors Including Egg Intake and Thyroid Nodules

目的:探索成人甲状腺结节的相关影响因素。方法:本研究为横断面研究,收集2021年在武警特色医学中心健康体检的年龄18~60岁的成年人群资料,参与者完成健康检查、生活行为方式及食物频率问卷调查。采用多因素Logistic回归模型评估甲状腺结节的影响因素。结果:共1736名参与者纳入本研究,总人群中有37.56%的人患有甲状腺结节。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,甲状腺结节的危险因素是50~60岁(OR=1.999,95%CI:1.303~3.066)、吸烟(OR=2.069,95%CI:1.507~2.839)、蛋类摄入不足(OR=1.680,95%CI:1.300~2.171)、静态时间为8 h以上(OR=1.870,95%CI:1.454~2.403)、倒班(OR=2.780,95%CI:1.132~6.824),甲状腺结节患病的保护因素为男性(OR=0.453,95%CI:0.354~0.581)。结论:年龄、吸烟、蛋类摄入不足、静态时间、倒班可导致罹患甲状腺结节的风险升高,需长期随访以进一步验证其关联。

Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the related influencing factors of thyroid nodules in adults.Method This study was a cross-sectional study.The data of adults aged 18—60 who underwent health check-ups in a hospital in Tianjin in 2021 were collected.Participants completed questionnaires on health check-ups,lifestyle and food frequency.Multivariate logistic regression model was used to evaluate the influencing factors of thyroid nodules.Result A total of 1 736 participants were included in this study,and37.56%of the total population had thyroid nodules.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for thyroid nodules were 50—60 years old,smoking,insufficient egg intake,static time of more than 8 hours,and shift work.The protective factor for thyroid nodules was male.Conclusion Age,smoking,insufficient egg intake,static time,and shift work can increase the risk of thyroid nodules,and long-term follow-up is needed to further verify the association.
