摘要
[目的]探究日粮中添加复合微生态制剂对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,为复合微生态制剂在肉鸡生产中的应用提供理论依据,同时也为绿色饲料添加剂的开发和利用提供参考。[方法]选用体重接近、健康状态良好的肉鸡50只,随机分为2组,每组25只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂在基础日粮中添加1.0 g/kg复合微生态制剂的试验饲粮,试验开始前进行称重和采血,每天称重饲喂量和剩余量,用于计算平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比和检测免疫功能指标(Ig A、Ig G、Ig M)。[结果]与对照组相比,试验组平均日采食量和平均日增重显著高于对照组,而料重比各组无显著性差异;试验组的Ig A和Ig G显著高于对照组,Ig M各组无显著性差异。[结论]日粮中添加复合微生态制剂对肉鸡的生长性能和免疫功能均有显著改善。
[Objectives]To provide theoretical basis for the application of composite microecological preparations in broiler production and reference for the development and utilization of green feed additives by studying the effects of adding composite microecological preparations to the diet on the growth performance and immune function of broilers.[Methods]Fifty broilers with similar weight and good health were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 25 broilers in each group.The broilers in the control group were fed with a basic diet,while broilers in the the experimental group were fed with an experimental diet supplemented with 1.0 g/kg compound microecological preparation in the basic diet.Before the start of the experiment,weighing and blood collection were carried out,and the feeding amount and remaining amount were weighed daily to calculate the average daily gain,average daily feed intake,feed to weight ratio,and detect immune function indicators including IgA,IgG,and IgM.[Results]Compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while there was no significant difference in feed weight ratio between the groups.The levels of IgA and IgG in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was no significant difference in IgM between the groups.[Conclusions]Adding compound microecological preparation to the diet can significantly improve the growth performance and immune function of broilers.
