[目的]为快速鉴别饲料原料质量、保障养殖业安全。[方法]查阅相关文献,结合工作经验,进行归类阐述。[结果]饲料原料质量直接影响养殖动物的生长和健康,甚至影响到人类和自然环境。快速鉴别饲料原料质量常见的方法有:通过牙咬咀嚼、剥粒观胚来判断,通过嗅觉、视觉、抓握来感知,进行生熟区分、碘酒鉴别,用手抓、插感知,用肉眼观察、用手敲击和掰来判断。[结论]提高饲料质量的快速鉴别方法,可保障饲料、养殖业健康发展。

[Objectives]To rapidly identify the quality of feed raw materials and ensure the safety of aquaculture.[Methods]The relevant literature were reviewed.The classification and explanation were made based on the work experiences.[Results]The quality of feed raw materials directly affects the growth and health of farmed animals,and even affects humans and the natural environment.Common methods for rapidly identifying the quality of feed raw materials include judging by biting,chewing and peeling to observe the embryo,perception achieved through smell,vision and grasping,distinguishing between raw and ripe,identification with iodine,grasping and plugging with the hand,observation with the naked eye,knocking and breaking with the hand to judge.[Conclusions]A rapid identification method for improving feed quality can ensure the healthy development of feed and animal husbandry.
