Application of fermented feed in the breeding of livestock and poultry

[目的]为了改变传统的饲料生产工艺,减少粮食用量,改善饲料的质量品质,提高饲料的消化利用率。[方法]查阅相关文献,论证分析发酵饲料对饲料品质、营养消化率、畜禽生长性能等方面产生的影响。[结果]发酵饲料改善了饲料品质,提高了饲料的营养成分、消化利用率和畜禽(猪、鸡)的生长性能。[结论]发酵饲料的广泛应用,为养殖业的可持续发展提供了有力保障。

[Objectives]In order to change the process of traditional feed production technology,reduce the consumption of grain,improve the quality of feed,and increase the digestion and utilization efficiency of feed.[Methods]The relevant literature were reviewed to demonstrate and analyze the effects of fermented feed on feed quality,nutrient digestibility,and growth performance of livestock and poultry.[Results]Fermented feed improved feed quality,enhanced the composition,digestion and utilization efficiency of nutrient,and the growth performance of livestock and poultry including pigs and chickens.[Conclusions]The widespread application of fermented feed will provide a strong support for the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.
