2018-2022年《血管与腔内血管外科杂志》高被引论文分析

Analysis of highly cited papers in the Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery from 2018 to 2022

目的探讨《血管与腔内血管外科杂志》2018-2022年高被引论文的特征。方法系统检索中国知网数据库,检索时间为2018年1月至2022年12月,文献来源为《血管与腔内血管外科杂志》。截至2023年4月,统计本刊的高被引论文,并对高被引论文的主题、文献类型、关键词和基金项目分布情况进行分析。结果2018年1月至2022年12月共发表论文1052篇,最终共纳入有效论文998篇,69篇高被引论文(被引频次≥6次)。按主题分布情况进行排名,前3名相关主题依次为深静脉血栓15篇、静脉曲张12篇、动脉硬化11篇。文献类型中指南、共识及述评5篇,临床论著53篇,综述11篇。组稿43篇,作者自由投稿26篇。26篇自由投稿的高频(≥2次)关键词分别为“介入治疗”“冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病”“静脉血栓”“动脉硬化”“经皮冠状动脉介入治疗”“心肌梗死”“静脉曲张”。69篇高被引论文基金论文比为13.04%(9/69),26篇自由投稿的作者机构来自全国各地,以福建为最多,占38.46%(10/26);其次是北京,占23.08%(6/26)。作者机构共25个,其中教学医院16个,占比64.0%(16/25)。结论本刊高被引论文以深静脉血栓相关主题和静脉曲张相关主题为主,组织专家团队撰写的指南、共识被引频次较高,今后应有计划、有目标地针对学科热点及前沿学术问题进行选题策划,积极维护核心作者群体,从作者机构分布区域、基金资助等方面优化稿件,提升论文质量,提高本刊影响力,不断增强《血管与腔内血管外科杂志》的科学性、实用性、创新性。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of highly cited papers in the Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery from 2018 to 2022.Method CNKI was systematically searched from January 2018 to December 2022,the literature source was the Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery.As of April 2023,the highly cited papers in this journal were counted,the subjects,literature types,key words and fund project distribution of the highly cited papers were analyzed.Result A total of 1052 papers were published and 998 valid papers from January 2018 to December 2022 were included,69 papers with citation frequency≥6 were identified as highly cited papers.According to the distribution of subjects,the top 3 related subjects were deep vein thrombosis of 15 papers,varicose veins of 12 papers and arteriosclerosis of 11 papers.Among the literature types,there were 5 guidelines,consensus and commentary articles,53 clinical articles and 11 reviews.A total of 43 papers were solicit contributions and 26 papers were spontaneous submissions.The high-frequency key words(≥2 times)of the 26 papers of spontaneous submissions were“interventional therapy”“coronary atherosclerotic heart disease”“venous thrombosis”“arteriosclerosis”“percutaneous coronary intervention”“myocardial infarction”and“varicose veins”,respectively.The rate of fund projects of 69 highly cited papers was 13.04%(9/69).The authors of 26 spontaneous submissions papers came from all over the country,the most was Fujian accounting for 38.46%(10/26),followed by Beijing with 23.08%(6/26).There were 25 author institutions,including 16 teaching hospitals,accounting for 64.0%(16/25).Conclusion The most cited papers in this journal are mainly on subjects related to deep vein thrombosis and varicose veins,the guidelines and consensus written by expert teams have a high frequency of citation.In the future,there should be plans and targeted subject selection planning based on subject hot spots and cutting-edge academic issues,actively maintain the core author group,and optimize manuscripts from the distribution of author institutions,funding and other aspects to improve the publication quality and influence of papers,continuously enhance the scientific,practical and innovative nature of the Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery.
