超声影像技术在慢性静脉疾病中的应用进展

Advances in the application of ultrasound imaging in chronic venous disease

下肢慢性静脉疾病(CVD)是周围血管疾病中的常见病、多发病。彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)成像作为一种声像学检查技术,可获取高清声像图,辨识血管及其周围结构,测量径线,显示血流的充盈状态,描记血流频谱并对静脉血流进行定量分析。血管增强(VE)技术、超微血管成像(SMI)技术和向量血流成像技术(V Flow)是近年来超声技术的创新和研究热点。本文总结相关国内外文献,对关于CVD超声影像技术的研究现状与进展进行系统综述。

Lower-extremity chronic venous disease(CVD)is a common and frequently-occurring disease in peripheral vascular diseases.Color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS)imaging,as an acoustic examination,can obtain high-definition audio images,identify blood vessels and their surrounding structures,measure diameter lines,show blood flow filling status of blood vessels,and trace the blood flow spectrum for quantitative analysis.Vascular enhancement(VE)technology,superb microvascular imaging(SMI)technology and vector flow imaging(V flow)technology are the innovation and research hotspots of ultrasound technology in recent years.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literature and reviews the research status and progress of various ultrasonic imaging techniques of CVD.
