摘要
类风湿关节炎是一种慢性、全身性、自身免疫性疾病,主要特征是多发性对称性关节炎,可伴有关节外表现。影像学方法常用于诊断和监测疾病进展、评估疗效及预后,如超声、X线、CT、MRI、PET/CT。为明确致病原因和再现疾病发生发展过程,对类风湿关节炎的研究常使用动物模型,上述影像学方法亦可应用于动物实验。本文综述了不同影像学评估方法在类风湿关节炎动物模型诊疗中的应用,并分析其诊断能力及优缺点,以期为相关实验研究方法的选择提供文献支持。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic,systemic and autoimmune disease characterized by multiple symmetrical arthritis that can be accompanied by extra-articular manifestations.Imaging methods commonly use for RA diagnosis,monitoring of disease progression,evaluation of efficacy and prognosis include:ultrasound,X-ray,CT,MRI and PET/CT.In order to clarify the causes of the disease,animal models are often used in RA studies,and the above imaging methods can also be applied to animal experiments.This paper reviews the application of different imaging evaluation methods in the diagnosis and treatment of RA animal models,and analyzes its evaluation ability and disadvantages,in order to provide literature support for the methodological selection of relevant experimental studies.
