白炭黑用量对溶聚丁苯橡胶/钕系顺丁橡胶并用胶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究不同白炭黑用量对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/钕系顺丁橡胶(NdBR)并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:在SSBR/NdBR并用体系中,随着白炭黑用量的增大,胶料的门尼粘度、FL和Fmax增大,门尼焦烧时间和t10缩短,t90延长;硫化胶的硬度和100%定伸应力增大,拉断伸长率、回弹值、DIN磨耗指数和动态切割量呈减小趋势,拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小,在白炭黑用量为80份时达到最大值;硫化胶的玻璃化温度呈降低趋势,0℃时的损耗因子(tanδ)先增大后减小,60℃时的tanδ增大;胶料的Payne效应增强,白炭黑分散性下降;硫化胶的湿地抓着性能先提高后降低,当白炭黑用量为110份时达到最佳。 The effect of different silica dosages on the properties of solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)/Nd cis-polybutadiene rubber(NdBR)blends was studied.The results showed that in the SSBR/NdBR blend,as the dosage of silica increased,the Mooney viscosity,FL and Fmax of the compound increased,the Mooney scorch time and t10 were shortened,and t90 was prolonged.With the increase of silica dosage,the hardness and modulus at 100%elongation of the vulcanizate increased,the elongation at break,rebound value,DIN wear index and dynamic cutting amount decreased,the tensile strength and tear strength increased at first,reached the maximum value when the dosage of silica was 80 phr,and then decreased,the glass transition temperature of the vulcanizate tended to decrease,the loss factor(tanδ)at 0℃increased at first and then decreased,the tanδat 60℃increased,the Payne effect of the compound was enhanced,and the dispersion of silica deteriorated.In addition,the wet grip property of the vulcanizate was improved at first and then decreased,and reached its best when the dosage of silica was 110 phr.
