摘要
针对露天矿采场内由于各煤层煤质指标变化不均,导致的低品质煤质无法被有效利用,造成煤资源损失的问题;以神华新疆能源有限责任公司红沙泉露天煤矿为研究背景,以煤质指标偏差最小作为目标函数,以生产力、任务量、剥采比、煤质指标等条件作为约束函数,并使用理想点法、罚函数法对函数进行处理,建立了露天矿配煤模型;采用自适应遗传算法求解配煤模型,验证了配煤模型合理性,在以上研究的基础上,设计了红沙泉露天矿首采区2021年的配煤方案。研究结果表明:该配煤模型能够求出各出煤点到受煤点的最优煤量,提高了红沙泉露天矿低品质煤的使用率,减少了煤资源浪费,从而实现红沙泉露天矿经济效益的最大化。
Aiming at the problem that the low-quality coal quality in the open-pit mine cannot be effectively utilized due to the uneven change of coal quality indexes in each coal seam,resulting in the loss of coal resources,we take the Hongshaquan Open-pit Coal Mine of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Co.,Ltd.as the research background,taking the minimum deviation of the coal quality index as the objective function,taking the conditions of productivity,task quantity,stripping ratio,coal quality index and other conditions as the constraint function,and use the ideal point method and the penalty function method to process the function,and establish the open-pit mine coal blending model.We use the adaptive genetic algorithm to solve the coal blending model,verify the rationality of the coal blending model.On the basis of the above research,the article designs coal blending scheme for the first mining area of the Hongshaquan Open-pit Mine in 2021.The results show that the coal blending model can find the optimal amount of coal from each coal point to the coal receiving point,improve the utilization rate of low-quality coal in the Hongshaquan Open-pit Mine,reduce the waste of coal resources,and maximize the economic benefits of the Hongshaquan Open-pit Mine.
