摘要
为了提升露天煤矿高压电气柜操作的安全性,杜绝人工误入带电间隔,以及能够全面巡检高压柜实时参数状态,研发了开关柜智能操作机器人;机器人通过4个驱动电机实现设备360°自由移动,并在高精度传感器定位传感器的辅助下,实现对高压柜按钮精准定位。通过现场试验表明:机器人实现了高压柜远程停送电精准操作,提升了作业安全,提高作业效率。
In order to improve the safety of the operation of the high voltage gas cabinet in the open pit coal mine,to prevent the manual error into the live interval,and to comprehensively inspect the real-time parameter status of the high voltage cabinet,the intelligent operation robot of the switch cabinet is developed.The robot through four drive motor equipment 360 degrees free movement,and under the aid of high precision sensor positioning sensor,realize accurate positioning of high voltage cabinet button,through the field test shows that:the robot implements the high voltage cabinet remote stop sending accurate operation,improve the operation safety,improve the operation efficiency.
