摘要
为解决露天矿生产系统存在的成块率低、能耗大、成本高等问题,分析了露天矿破碎工艺、破碎设备特性及设备能耗,提出了破碎齿再设计、减少破碎过程中的破碎次数、破碎设备双驱动结构优化、破碎齿材质性能优化等方案,借助EDEM软件模拟验证可行性并进行优化。结果表明:露天矿破碎系统优化后产品粒度比提高了6.21%,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to solve the difficulties of the crusher system in the open-pit mine low lumping rate,high energy consumption and high cost,the article analyzes the crushing process,characteristics of crushing equipment and equipment energy consumption,and puts forward the optimization schemes,such as redesign the crusher teeth,reduce crushing times in the crushing process,optimize the dual-drive structure of crushing equipment and strengthen crushing teeth,analyses and optimizes the scheme with the aid of EDEM software.The results show that the optimized crushing system scheme can increase the particle size ratio by 6.21%and achieve better economic benefits.
