摘要
为验证露天矿非工作帮设置原煤运输通道的可行性,防止通道影响露天矿边坡稳定性,或露天边坡、爆破、地面设备行走影响通道的安全使用,在边坡稳定系数满足规范的前提下,分析边坡稳定系数与实际边坡角曲线和边坡与通道空间位置关系;依据爆破工艺参数计算爆破地震安全距离、爆破振动速度、爆破冲击波安全距离,按照矿内设备参数计算通道上部安全距离。结果表明:东露天矿非工作帮内设置原煤运输通道不影响边坡稳定性,且露天矿边坡、爆破、设备行走对通道安全使用也无影响。
In order to verify the feasibility of setting raw coal transportation channel in non working slope of open-pit mine,prevent the channel from affecting the slope stability of open-pit mine,or the safe use of the channel is affected by the open-pit slope,blasting and ground equipment walking,on the premise that the slope stability coefficient meets the specification,the article analyzes the relationship between the slope stability coefficient and the actual slope angle curve and the spatial position between the slope and the channel.We calculate the blasting seismic safety distance,blasting vibration speed and blasting shock wave safety distance according to the blasting process parameters.We calculate the upper safety distance of the channel according to the mine equipment parameters.The results show that the setting of raw coal transportation channel in the non working slope of the east open-pit mine does not affect the slope stability,and the slope,blasting and equipment walking of the open-pit mine do not affect the safe use of the channel.
