830E卡车后制动总成结构工作原理及专用工具设计

摘要 为了解决830E矿用重型卡车后轮制动蹄片磨损过快需要频繁更换的问题,分析830E卡车后轮制动总成的工作原理;根据制动总成的结构特点,结合830E制动总成在更换时遇到的问题设计制造了一款专用工具,并成功进行实践运用。结果表明:该专用工具可以解决在狭小空间内进行拆卸和安装超大超重零件的难题,解决了830E更换制动蹄片作业难度大,劳动强度高,存在很大的安全隐患问题,实现机械作业代替人工作业,降低劳动强度,提高作业效率。 In order to solve the problem that the rear wheel brake shoes of 830E heavy-duty mining truck wear too fast and need to be replaced frequently,the author analyzes the working principle of the rear wheel brake assembly of 830E truck.According to the structural characteristics of the brake assembly,we design and manufacture a special tool for the problems encountered in the replacement of the brake assembly combined with 830E,and successfully use in practice.The results show that the special tool can solve the problem of dismantling and installing oversized and overweight components in a small space,and solve the problem of 830E replacing the brake shoes difficult,labor-intensive,and hidden danger of safety,which can realize mechanical operation instead of manual operation,reduce labor intensity and improve operation efficiency.
