摘要
对黑岱沟露天煤矿8750-65型拉铲的回转系统故障检修情况进行了总结,结合实际检修情况的数据分析,对诱发故障的原因进行了系统详细的阐述,给出了回转系统检修的局部数据标准,并依据不同的故障损坏特点给出了详细的检修工艺方案。结果表明:检修工艺方案符合现场生产检修要求,能够促使回转系统恢复至最佳运行状态,确保设备正常运行。
This article summarizes the fault maintenance of the slewing system of 8750-65 dragline in Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine.Combined with the data analysis of the actual maintenance situation,the article systematically elaborates the causes of induced faults,gives the local data standard for the overhaul of the slewing system,and gives the detailed overhaul process plan according to different fault damage characteristics.The results show that the maintenance process plan meets the on-site production maintenance requirements,which can promote the slewing system to return to the best operating state and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
