专业人才培养视角下的高等教育学危机的破解进路 被引量:2

摘要 高等教育学的“学科危机”是学界长期关注的重要话题。但学者们普遍忧虑的“学科建制危机”并非完全出于一种事实判断,学科更深层次的危机指向了内在学术品性缺失与外在现实功用不彰。事实上,部分学者对学科发展方向已有清醒认识和基本判断,关键在于如何下沉至专业人才培养环节以凝聚学科共识、储备学科力量。因此,基于专业人才培养的新视角审视学科危机问题,既是通过高质量的人才输送以助推学科发展,也是将学科建设的探索成果予以贯彻落实,因此本质上属于一种“底层突破”路线和“系统联结”策略。针对学科危机中的诸多症结,在专业人才培养中需树立学科信仰,凝聚学科发展的文化认同;打造核心课程,夯实学科发展的知识根基;突破学科壁垒,促进学科发展的视野融合;严格方法训练,提升学科发展的学术品质;强化实践体验,彰显学科发展的现实功用,从而为学科的可持续发展奠定坚实的人才基础。 The“discipline crisis”in higher education has been a longstanding topic of interest in academia.However,the“disciplinary establishment crisis”of scholars’common concern is not entirely based on a factual judgment,but deeply rooted in the lack of inherent academic character and the external practical function of the discipline.In fact,some scholars have a clear understanding and a basic judgment of the direction of the disciplinary development,suggesting that the key is how to sink into the professional talent cultivation process to consolidate disciplinary consensus and reserve disciplinary strengths.This paper,therefore,examined the problem of disciplinary crisis from the perspective of professional talent development in an effort to promote the development of the discipline through high-quality talent supply and to implement the exploratory results of disciplinary construction that calls for a bottom-up breakthrough route and a systematic connection strategy.To address the problems in the disciplinary crisis,it recommended that it is necessary to establish a disciplinary faith in professional talent cultivation,consolidate the cultural identity of the disciplinary development with core courses,break through disciplinary barriers to foster the disciplinary knowledge foundation and the integration of disciplinary perspectives,strictly regulate the training methods to enhance the academic quality,and strengthen practical experience to highlight the applied function of disciplinary development,thus laying a solid talent foundation for the sustainable development of the discipline.
