人工智能作为一种新的技术力量,在深刻再塑造社会形态的过程中,不可避免地对教育领域产生重要的影响。作为一种积极的技术资源,人工智能可以促进学校管理理念从“经验化”向“智能化”,组织形式从“集体化”向“个性化”,管理过程从“静态化”向“动态化”,管理评价从“单项输出”向“多元互动”等方面转型,促进学校实现“善智”与“擅治”。在智能化时代,学校管理转型要打破已有路径依赖,创新管理理念、优化制度供给;再塑管理结构、注重隐私安全;进而激活学校各主体的内在活力,构建共享共创的智能化时代管理新图景。

Artificial intelligence,a brand-new advanced technology,will inevitably have a prominent impact on the field of education in the process of reshaping the social models.As a positive technological resource,it can promote the transformation of school management concept from“experiential mode”to“intelligent mode”,from“collective organization”to“individualistic organization”,from“static management”to“dynamic management”,from“single output evaluation”to“multiple interactions”,thus promoting schools to wisely utilize intelligence for the purpose of favored governance.For that,this article recommended that school management in the intelligent era can break the existing path dependence,innovate the management conception,optimize the policy-making institutions,reshape the management structure and protect privacy,so as to mobilize the inner vitality of multiple subjects,and build a new management prospect of co-creation and sharing in the intelligent era.
