摘要
面对全球化的挑战,在相关国际组织倡导、现实社会发展需求以及成人教育历史传承的驱动下,丹麦将全民终身学习作为其全球化战略的一部分,旨在推动民族、国家的可持续发展。为了有效推进终身学习实践,丹麦通过颁布健全的政策法规、建立独特的经费资助制度、引入合作伙伴共同参与、实施有效的认证指导,形成了政策、资助、主体、评价相互衔接的特色保障体系。我国根据丹麦终身学习特色保障体系,结合自身实际,应有效制定集政策、经费、主体与评价于一体的行动框架推进终身学习进程,从而提升国际竞争力。
Facing the challenges of globalization,driven by the advocacy of relevant international organizations,the needs of real social development and the historical inheritance of adult education,Denmark takes lifelong learning for all as part of its globalization strategy,aiming to promote the sustainable development of the nation-state.In order to effectively promote the practice of lifelong learning,Denmark has formed a characteristic guarantee system that connects policies,funding,subjects,and evaluations by promulgating sound policies and regulations,establishing a unique funding system,introducing partners to participate,and implementing effective certification guidance.Based on this,my country should effectively formulate an action framework that integrates policy,funding,subject and evaluation according to the Danish lifelong learning characteristic guarantee system and combined with its own reality,so as to enhance the international competitiveness.
