摘要
了解目前豆芽菜中吲哚乙酸的情况,利用购买的黄豆和绿豆进行水培自发培养,通过液相色谱质谱进行吲哚乙酸的含量分析,与市场购买的黄豆芽和绿豆芽进行比较分析。结果表明,豆芽菜在种子阶段的吲哚乙酸的含量水平为0 mg/kg,在生长过程中会自发形成,但是水平较为稳定,基本在0.100 mg/kg含量水平以下。
Studied the current situation of indoleacetic acid in bean sprouts,and used purchased soybeans and mung beans for hydroponic spontaneous culture,tested the analysis of indoleacetic acid by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry,compared the analysis with soybean sprouts and mung bean sprouts purchased in the market.It was concluded that the content level of indoleacetic acid in bean sprouts at seed stage was 0 mg/kg,which would spontaneouslied form during the growth process.The level was relatively stable,which was below 0.100 mg/kg basically.
