以大健康产业为导向的食品生物类人才培养实践教育基地建设初探 被引量:2

Preliminary Construction of“Emerging Engineering”Talent Training Practice Education Base Oriented by Big Health Industry for Food&Biology Majors

摘要 实践是培养大学生解决实际问题必不可少的教学环节,实践教育基地的建设是提升学生实践应用能力的重要基础。基于大健康产业与“新工科”背景,合肥工业大学与安徽省华信生物药业股份有限公司建立了校企合作实践教育基地。阐述了基地实践内容、运行机制、师资队伍和基地文化建设等4个方面的情况。基地管理委员会是实践教育基地的主要组织,依据校内理论课程和实践教学,结合企业特有资源,设置了5个实践专题。基地采取1+2+n模式进行基地师资建设,建立指导教师信息资源库;通过将工匠精神与基地活动结合,开展爱岗、敬业、乐业和专注的基地文化建设。建设以大健康产业为导向的食品生物类“新工科”人才培养实践教育基地,不仅培养了学生的实践应用能力与工匠精神,为大健康产业输送高层次人才;而且提升了教师的行业实践能力,促进了教研与社会的密切结合。 Practice is essential teaching to train university students to solve practical problems and the construction of practical education base is of importance for improving students'practical application ability.Based on the background of big health industry and“emerging engineering”,a practice education base had been constructed preliminarily under the cooperation of Hefei University of Technology and Anhui Huaxin Bio-pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd..The practice content,operation mechanism,teaching staff and cultural construction of the base were briefly described.The base management committee was the main organization of the practice education base,which had set up 5 practice topics according to the theoretical courses and practice teaching in the school,combined with the unique resources of the enterprise.The mode of 1+2+n was adopted to construct teacher teams,on which the information resource database had been established.The base culture of love,dedication,joy and concentration was constructed based on the combination of craftsman spirit and base activities.The construction of“emerging engineering”talent training practice education base oriented by big health industry for food&biology majors not only cultivates students'practical application ability and craftsman spirit,thereby providing high-level talents for the big health industry,but also improved the teachers'practical ability and promotes the close combination of teaching and research with society.
