“食品安全行政法规与管理”课程改革与发展探索

摘要 “食品安全行政法规与管理”是食品专业的一门新的交叉学科,课程将指引学生学习食品安全标准与法规的内容,有助于学生掌握我国食品安全法律法规体系,提高学生的食品安全法律意识。并将结合课程特点与思政建设进行教学改革,深挖“食品安全行政法规与管理”课程与思政要素的结合点,进一步更新教学方法、优化教学结构,培养学生的社会责任感与爱国主义情怀。 Food Safety Administrative Regulations and Management is a new interdisciplinary subject of food specialty.The course will instruct students to learn the contents of food safety standards and regulations,which helps students master food safety laws and regulations system of our country and improve their legal awareness of food safety.At the same time,the teaching reform would be carried out in combination with the characteristics of the course and the ideological and political construction.And we would dig deep into the combination of the course of Food Safety Administrative Regulations and Management and ideological and political elements to further update academic teaching methods,optimize teaching structure and cultivate students'sense of social responsibility and patriotism.
