摘要
为厘清影响现代远程教育学习者深度学习的因素及其关系,依据扎根理论的基本原则,以质性分析软件Nvivo12为辅助工具,对12名现代远程教育学习者和3名远程教育教师进行半结构化访谈,并通过三级编码分析,系统地构筑了现代远程教育学习者深度学习影响因素的作用机制模型。研究发现,学习空间是主要因素;内容质量、工作专业对口性是直接因素;内驱力、认知力是根本因素。此外,这五大因素之间存在内在逻辑关系,并通过连续性、吸引力、期望值、驱动性、调节性等中介正向或反向作用于现代远程教育学习者的深度学习。
Aiming at clarifying the impact of modern distance education learners’deep learning factors and their relations,this article used qualitative analysis software Nvivo12 to conduct Semi-structured interviews with 12 distance learners and 3 distance education teachers based on the principle of grounded theory.Through three-level coding and analysis,an influencing factors model of deep learning for modern distance education learners is systematically construct.Results show that learning space is the main factor;Content quality,professional matching are the direct factors;Drive and cognition are the fundamental factors.Additionally,there is an internal logical relationship among the five factors that exert positive or negative effects on the deep learning of modern distance education learners through the mediation of continuity,attraction,expectation,drive and adjustment.
