“AI+”时代大学生创业意向影响因素实证研究——以广东CJ大学为例

An Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention in the Era of “AI+”——The Case Study on Guangdong CJ University

大学生是新时代创业的主体,“AI+”模式正成为大学生创新创业的热点.以广东CJ大学的创业大学生为研究对象,以问卷调查数据为基础,运用结构方程模型对“AI+”时代大学生创业意向影响因素进行实证分析.研究结果显示:①影响大学生“AI+”创业意向最关键的因素是“AI+”创业态度和“AI+”创业技术能力;②“AI+”创业风险和“AI+”创业环境对大学生“AI+”创业意向产生非常显著的影响;③创业特质通过“AI+”创业态度间接地对“AI+”创业意向产生正向积极影响.基于此,高校不仅要培养大学生积极的“AI+”创业态度,强化大学生的“AI+”创业技能,还要联动政府和企业营造优质的“AI+”创业环境以及培养大学生规避“AI+”创业风险的能力.

College students are the most important subjects of entrepreneurship in the new era,and the“AI+”model is becoming a new craze of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper takes entrepreneurial college students in CJ University of Guangdong Province as the research object.Based on the questionnaire survey data,the structural equation model is used to make an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students in the era of“AI+”.The results show that:①The most critical factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students are“AI+”entrepreneurial attitude and“AI+”technical ability;②“AI+”entrepreneurial risk and“AI+”entrepreneurial environment have a very significant impact on college students’“AI+”entrepreneurial intention;③Entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention of AI+indirectly through entrepreneurial attitude of AI+.Based on this,universities should not only foster college students'positive“AI+”entrepreneurial attitude and strengthen their“AI+”entrepreneurial skills,but also collaborate with the government and enterprises to create a high-quality“AI+”entrepreneurial environment and cultivate college students'ability to avoid“AI+”entrepreneurial risks.
