A Logical Design for College Students’ Entrepreneurial Action Based on Affordable Loss

在大学毕业生激增背景下,通过深化创业带动就业显得更为迫切;然而,多数大学生虽有创业意愿但实际行动的比例很小.不确定的创业结果导致大学生害怕失败风险,进而在创业想法转化为实际行动中非常谨慎.以可承担损失驱动的行动逻辑为框架,通过清点资源、创造性策划、吸引他人加入和拥抱现实等步骤,探索和设计应对不确定风险的具体方案;强调个人在可承受的损失范围内启动小规模试验,以在有限资源内多次尝试,进而不断积累经验信息,反复调整目标和行动方案,最终增强个人对不确定未来的控制力,使风险承担能力提升、创业目标清晰可预期.

With the surge of college graduates,it is more urgent to promote employment by deepening entrepreneurship;however,only a few proportion college students who have entrepreneurial intention take concrete actions.The uncertain entrepreneurial results make college students are afraid of failure risks,which results in their cautious in translating entrepreneurial intentions into concrete actions.Based on a framework that the action logic driven by affordable loss,explore and design specific solutions to deal with uncertain risks through the steps of resources checking,creative planning,attracting others to join and embracing reality;it is emphasized that individuals can start small-scale tests in their range of affordable loss for experimentations within the limited resources,and then accumulate experience information,adjust objectives and action plans repeatedly,and finally enhance their control over the uncertain future,so as to improve their risk-taking abilities and make their business objectives clear and predictable.
