以IP为核心的商业生态社区构建

摘要 为使企业更有效吸引用户注意力,可利用IP进行全产业链开发,进行粉丝经济转型升级,打造能长期经营的商业生态社区.通过文献分析与相关热点的长期观察,研究发现当前平台企业在IP运营方面存在跨界运营挑战、IP保护权益缺失、平台缺少整体规划等问题.认为平台企业应增强IP互通,保障原创作者权益和满足社区居民情感需求等,才能构建好以IP为核心的商业生态社区,实现长期发展. In order to enable enterprises to attract users'attention more effectively,IP is used to develop the whole industry chain,transform and upgrade the fan economy,and create a business ecological community that can operate for a long time.Through literature analysis and long-term observation of related hot spots,it is found that there are many problems in IP operations,such as cross-border operation challenges,lack of IP protection rights and interests,and lack of overall planning of platforms.It is believed that the current platform enterprises should enhance IP interoperability,protect the rights and interests of original creators and meet the emotional needs of community residents,etc.,in order to build a commercial ecological community with IP as the core and achieve long-term growth.
