高校创新创业载体运营模式及服务体系研究——基于西北工业大学国家大学科技园双创载体的分析

Research on the Operation Mode and Service System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Carriers——Analysis of Double Creation Carrier Based on National University Science Park of Northwestern Polytechnical University

近年来,我国创新创业氛围不断优化,纵深推进“大众创业、万众创新”是深入实施创新驱动发展战略的重要支撑,大学生是双创的生力军,各级政府先后发布相关政策,要求高校优化大学生创新创业环境,加强大学生创新创业服务平台建设.以西北工业大学国家大学科技园双创载体建设为例,分析创新创业载体的运营模式及服务体系,为高校双创工作提供参考.

In recent years,the innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere in China has been continuously optimized.Deeply promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation is an important support for the in-depth implementation of innovation driven development strategy.College students are the new force of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Governments at all levels have issued relevant policy documents to require universities to optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship environment for college students,Strengthen the construction of university students'innovation and entrepreneurship service platform.This paper focuses on the construction of double creation carrier in the National University Science Park of Northwestern Polytechnical University as an example to show the operation mode and service system of innovation and entrepreneurship carrier and provide reference for other universities or institutions.
