从协同走向共生:职业院校教师教学创新团队的建设路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 《全国职业院校教师教学创新团队建设方案》对教师教学创新团队的结构做出了明确规定,使其具有显著的结构化特征。这要求教师教学创新团队积极引导团队成员由协同发展到共生发展。结合协同共生理论对教师教学创新团队展开剖析,目前职业院校教师教学创新团队存在共生单元偏移、共生关系失衡、共生环境缺失等问题。聚焦上述问题,从团队角色、团队管理、团队文化3个角度提出优化策略,以期推动职业院校教师教学创新团队建设。 The“National Vocational College Teacher Teaching Innovation Team Building Program”clearly stipulates the structure of the teacher teaching innovation team,making it have significant structural characteristics.This requires the teacher teaching innovation team to actively guide team members from collaborative development to symbiotic development.Combined with the theory of collaborative symbiosis,the teacher teaching innovation team is analyzed,and the current teaching innovation team of vocational colleges has problems such as symbiotic unit shift,symbiotic relationship imbalance,and lack of symbiotic environment.Focusing on the above problems,optimization strategies are proposed from three perspectives:team role,team management and team culture,in order to promote the construction of innovative teaching teams for teachers in vocational colleges.
