摘要
随着国家“大众创业,万众创新”的纵深推进,越来越多的大学生投入到了创新创业的热潮当中.相较专利而言,商业秘密能够给双创企业带来更持久的利益,加之当前市场对创新技术的需求不断扩大,使得商业秘密保护成为大学生创新创业关注的重点.利用案例教学法的生动性及真实性优势,通过分析企业商业秘密泄露典型案例以提升教学效果,从而帮助大学生创业者提高商业秘密保护的意识与能力.
With the rise of the national wave of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",more and more college students have devoted themselves to the boom of innovation and entrepreneurship.Compared with patents,trade secrets can bring more lasting benefits to innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises,and the current market demand for innovative technologies continues to expand,making trade secret protection the focus of college students'research on innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises.Colleges and universities take advantage of the vividness and authenticity of the case teaching method to improve the teaching effect by analyzing typical cases of enterprise trade secret leakage,so as to help college students and entrepreneurs improve their awareness and ability to protect trade secrets.
