产业学院背景下校企双师工作室建设与人才培养实践研究

Research on the Construction of School Enterprise Double Teacher Studio and Talent Training Practice under the Background of Industrial College

职业院校产业学院是围绕产教融合、校企合作而衍生的一种新型办学模式,校企双师工作室是产业学院背景下职业院校成立的一种新型协同育人平台.与传统工作室相比,双师工作室在双师身份、学生身份、教学内容、教学过程和教学环境5个方面进行了校企融合,并承担践行育人为本、探索育人模式、深化校企合作、技术创新和社会服务5个职能.基于产业学院背景下,根据“人、机、料、法、环、测”生产管理体系,提出了校企双师工作室“六要素”建设方案,探索了“以赛促学、以创促学、以证促学、服务促学”4个促进人才培养的实践路径.

The industrial college of vocational colleges is a new school running mode derived from the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises.School enterprise double teacher studio is a new collaborative education platform established by Vocational Colleges under the background of school enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education.Compared with the traditional studio,it has deeply integrated the school and enterprise in the five aspects of double teacher identity,student identity,teaching content,teaching process and teaching environment,and undertakes the five functions of practicing education oriented,exploring education mode,deepening school enterprise cooperation,and undertaking technological innovation and social services.According to the production management of“human,machine,material,method,environment and test”,based on the construction of Industrial College,this paper proposed the“six elements”construction scheme of school enterprise double teacher studio,and explored four practical paths to promote talent training:competition,innovation,certificate and service.
