产教融合背景下法律(法学)硕士人才培养模式研究

A Study on the Training Model of Master of Law (Law) Talents under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

深化产教融合模式下,法律(法学)硕士培养应当结合产教融合模式对法治人才培养的新要求作出不同于工科类学科的新阐释.通过审视发现,以往高校法律(法学)硕士培养生产实践流于形式且具体标准模糊、教育模式不明确、分类意识缺乏.针对种种问题,各培养单位应深化校企合作助“产”之腾飞,实现企业与教师的双向提升;完善教学模式,多方面明确、强化、精细化育人特色;勇于探索产教之“融合”双向创新培养模式的新路径,最终实现法律(法学)硕士育人机制的不断创新与突破.

Under the model of deepening the integration of industry and education,the training of master's degree in law(law)cannot be done behind closed doors,and a new interpretation of the training method of rule of law talents should be made in combination with the integration of industry and education model,which is different from that of engineering disciplines.Through the review,it is found that in the past,the production practice of the master's degree in law(law)in colleges and universities was only formal,the specific standards were vague,the education model was not clear,and the awareness of classification was lacking.In view of various problems,all training units should deepen school-enterprise cooperation to help“production”take off,and realize the two-way improvement of enterprises and teachers;Improve the teaching mode in many aspects to clarify,strengthen and refine the characteristics of education;We have the courage to explore a new path of“integration”of industry and education two-way innovation training model,and finally realize the continuous innovation and breakthrough of the law(law)master education mechanism.
